موسسه برای اولین بار توسط مرحوم بیوک ستاری جاوید در سال 1939 تاسیس شد

تاریخچه

در نگاهی به گذشته شرکت باهو صنعت تهران در پاسخ به نیاز رو به رشد کشور برای فعالیت های تجاری تخصصی از موسسه مادر خود که ابتداً یک مغازه ابزار و یراق متعلق به مرحوم بیوک ستاری جاوید در بازار ابزار و یراق تهران بود، پدید آمد و در سال 2002 به عنوان یک شرکت تجاری سازمان یافت.

سهامداران جدید

با داشتن بیش از 60 سال سابقه ، تجربه و اعتبار مفتخریم به اینکه طی یک دوره کوتاه از آغاز به کار شرکت و انجام خدمات با کیفیت بالا این شرکت به یکی از سازمانهای پیشرو منطقه تبدیل شده است. با توجه به آنچه گفته شدو به منظور قوت بخشیدن به فعالیت های شرکت ، سهامداران جدید در سال 2009 به شرکت پیوستند.

در عین حال شرکت باهو صنعت تهران توانسته سهم قابل ملاحظه ای از بازار سنتی ایران را در دست بگیرد.این شرکت برای توسه فعالیت های خود در خارج از کشور هدفمند می باشد. بنا بر این این شرکت از کارخانه های علاقمند و تولید کنندگان شناخته شده بین المللی برای برقراری همکاری دو طرفه صمیمانه استقبال می کند.

The establishment was first founded by late Mr. Buick S. Javid in 1939

The history

Going back to history of Bahoo Sanat Tehran, in response to the growing need of the country for specialized trading activity, Bahoo Sanat Tehran Trading Company emerged from its mother establishment which was initially a trading tools & hard ware shop owned by late Buick Sattari Javid in Bazar Abzar and Yaragh market in Tehran and was re-organized as a trading company in 2002.

New Share holders

Having a back-ground of more than 60 years of experience and credit, it is proud that within a short period from the company’s inception and due to high quality services, B.S.T. turned to one of the leading establishments in the region. Considering what was mentioned above and in order to strengthen the company’s abilities, in 2009 new share-holders came to company.

While Bahoo has managed to undertake a sizable share within Iran as part of its traditional market, it aims to extend its overseas activities and therefore it warmly welcomes all interested factories and well-known international suppliers to make mutual business cooperation

Under this general policy, In 2014 Bahoo Sanat Tehran Company acquired the sole representativeness of Ferm in Iran.

About FERM

The Dutch FERM was established in 1965.

Presently, FERM operates worldwide with offices in Zwolle (The Netherlands) and Shanghai (China), Factories within China with sales offices in more than 40 countries. Sales to Ferm’s distributors take place from its warehouse in The Netherlands as well as directly from the factories in China

Product development

A team of dedicated experts and engineers develops and designs high-quality power tools and accessories. Because of years of experience they know exactly what the specific needs and requirements of the demanding user are. These skills result in a varied offer with an own design, at which quality, performance and ergonomic are spearheads.
